Was deine Aufgaben sind

In dieser Rolle stehst du mitten drin in unserem Geschäft: Du identifizierst, kontaktierst und betreust Branchenexperten, damit sie unseren Klienten die benötigten Einblicke liefern – häufig unter sehr engen Zeitvorgaben. Ein wesentlicher Teil deiner täglichen Arbeit findet am Telefon statt: Du überzeugst Fachspezialisten, ihr Wissen zu teilen, und stimmst ihre Teilnahme an Gesprächen mit unseren Klienten ab.

Im Alltag wirst du:

  • Projekte von Anfang bis Ende verantworten - die Bedürfnisse unserer Klienten wirklich verstehen und hochkarätige Expertengespräche organisieren
  • Expert:innen aus verschiedensten Branchen ausfindig machen, Einwände souverän meistern und sie für eine Zusammenarbeit gewinnen
  • in hohem Tempo arbeiten und mehrere Projekte sowie Klienten gleichzeitig balancieren
  • schnell dazulernen und dir ein breites Verständnis von Märkten, Geschäftsmodellen und Regulierungen aufbauen
  • das komplette Third Bridge-Produktportfolio verkaufen – inklusive Content, Surveys, Advisory sowie 1:1-Expertengespräche

Qualifikationen

Was wir suchen

Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich - Niveau C1 und höher).

Du bist leistungsstark und ehrgeizig, hast praktische Erfahrungen in Praktika, Jobs oder Projekten gesammelt und dabei Ausdauer und Engagement gezeigt.

Zusätzliche Informationen

Gehalt und Zusatzleistungen:

  • Im ersten Jahr kannst du mit einer durchschnittlichen Gesamtvergütung (OTE) von 62.000 € rechnen. Neben einem Grundgehalt von 52.000 € profitierst du von einem ungedeckelten Bonusmodell – bei entsprechender Leistung kannst du deutlich mehr verdienen. Nach einem Jahr erhöht sich dein Grundgehalt automatisch um 5 %. Nach etwa 18 Monaten hast du die Möglichkeit, zum Senior Associate aufzusteigen – inklusive einer weiteren Erhöhung deines Grundgehalts um 10 %.
  • Du erhältst ein MacBook und ein iPhone von Apple.
  • Dir stehen pro Jahr 28 Urlaubstage sowie 2 persönliche Tage zur Verfügung.
  • Wir unterstützen deine Fitness mit Zuschüssen für Fitnessstudios oder sportliche Aktivitäten.
  • Unser Büro liegt direkt im Münchener Zentrum – zentral, gut erreichbar und mitten im Geschehen.
