The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Product Manager, Creative Engine based in the United States.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development of an AI-powered Creative Engine designed to connect creative strategy, performance data, and technology to drive smarter marketing decisions. You will define the product vision and roadmap, translating complex business needs into scalable tools that improve content development, testing, and optimization. Working closely with engineering, creative strategy, performance marketing, and talent teams, you will transform fragmented data into actionable insights that inform creative decisions. You will help build intelligent dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities that identify successful content patterns and improve campaign performance. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to shape a foundational product within a fast-growing, remote-first commerce environment. You will have significant ownership, the freedom to navigate ambiguity, and the opportunity to influence how brands turn emerging social platforms, creators, and content into measurable commercial results.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Creative Engine, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and evolving market opportunities.
  • Translate creative, marketing, and operational challenges into clear product requirements, technical specifications, prioritized features, and actionable development plans.
  • Lead product initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to development, launch, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define data models, schemas, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure connecting creative performance data, social commerce platforms, and creator information.
  • Guide the development of AI-powered capabilities that analyze creative performance, identify emerging trends, uncover successful content patterns, and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and improve dashboards, search capabilities, analytics tools, and integrations that make creative intelligence accessible to internal teams and, eventually, external clients.
  • Partner with creative strategists and performance marketing specialists to identify meaningful performance indicators and translate insights into measurable creative recommendations.
  • Establish structured experimentation and testing frameworks to evaluate creative formats, opening hooks, messaging, content variations, and other drivers of campaign performance.
  • Convert successful creative insights into reusable content briefs, creative frameworks, user-generated content (UGC) templates, and scalable production processes.
  • Serve as the primary connection between creative, performance, talent, and engineering teams, ensuring shared priorities, clear communication, and effective execution.
  • Identify opportunities to automate creative production workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency through scalable product solutions.
  • Gather user feedback and analyze product performance to refine features, prioritize improvements, and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business needs.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies and large language model (LLM) capabilities to improve creative intelligence, product functionality, and internal development workflows.
  • Communicate product priorities, trade-offs, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders while maintaining momentum in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related role connecting business strategy, creative operations, data, and technology.
  • Strong understanding of performance creative, digital advertising, user-generated content (UGC), and the relationship between creative execution and measurable marketing results.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into product strategies, roadmaps, detailed requirements, and practical technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on data architecture, schemas, APIs, integrations, and technology-enabled product development.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, structured creative testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization methodologies.
  • Understanding of how creative formats, messaging, hooks, audience engagement, and content variations influence marketing and commerce outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM tools, AI-assisted development workflows, and emerging technologies, with an interest in applying them to real-world product challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, make informed trade-offs, and drive initiatives independently.
  • A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity, establish processes from the ground up, and take ownership of product outcomes.
  • A collaborative approach to working with creative, marketing, talent, and technical stakeholders in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience in advertising technology (ad tech), performance marketing, social commerce, the creator economy, or brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, exploring, and analyzing data.
  • Experience launching or managing AI-powered products, particularly those involving creative intelligence, analytics, automation, or content optimization.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Meta APIs, TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, or other social commerce and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience developing tools that connect creative production workflows with marketing performance data and business intelligence.
  • Competitive compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based incentives: Eligibility for a performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible paid time off: A flexible PTO policy designed to support personal wellbeing and work-life balance.
  • Remote-first work environment: Work remotely from within the United States, with periodic team gatherings to encourage collaboration and connection.
  • Meaningful product ownership: The opportunity to define a product vision, lead strategic initiatives, and shape a foundational AI-powered platform.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies: Opportunities to work with AI, LLMs, data integrations, creative analytics, and automation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside professionals in engineering, creative strategy, performance marketing, and talent management.
  • Professional growth: Develop expertise at the intersection of product management, AI, digital advertising, and social commerce.
  • Industry networking: Access to a network of professionals across social commerce, creator partnerships, and brand marketing.
  • Inclusive workplace culture: Join a team committed to diversity, collaboration, and creating an environment where employees feel valued and empowered.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
