Nestled in a beautiful, heritage-listed former printing press house on Club Street in central Singapore, Lion Brewery Co is an elevated gastropub, alive with craft, character, and quiet confidence. A craft brewery serving a range of delicious and tasty brews. Complimented by a fantastic food menu of pub classics and light bites.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively bar setting, enjoys guiding others, and is passionate about elevating the guest experience.

Main Duties

  • Hybrid role including bar work and work as FOH staff serving tables in the main dining area.
  • To pour beers, mix drinks, mocktails, and other bar beverages accurately following outlet standard recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • To serve tables taking orders and delivering food and drinks to customers as they spend time here.
  • Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe bar environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
  • Teamwork mindset to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
  • Experience working in a bar environment to apply relevant skills and knowledge
  • Willingness to work shifts to meet operational needs
