The posting

Vacancy: Night Concierge Location: Waterloo area Salary: £31,000 Hours/Days: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts

We are currently seeking 2 x experienced, highly presentable and customer focused Night Concierge to work at a modern, high end residential development of circa 150 properties in the Waterloo area.

As a Night Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of 5 star customer service and ensuring a safe, presentable and well maintained living environment for all residents at the development.

Key Responsibilities The Night Concierge will be responsible for;

  • Meeting and greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Maintain accurate logs for all visitors to the development
  • Receiving and managing all residents deliveries ensuring accuracy in reporting and appropriate notifications are sent out to residents as required
  • Ensuring all enquiries and questions are dealt with and responded to promptly
  • Ensuring all health and safety issues are highlighted to the appropriate person and dealt with efficiently
  • Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues on the development ensuring a seamless service
  • Key management and recording
  • Ensuring effective communication across all service partners, developing the one-team approach and striving for service excellence
  • Conducting regular security patrols as required of estate and residential areas
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Managing resident move in bookings and requirements for the amenity spaces
  • Confidently act as main point of contact for residents both in person and via communications streams in resident app
  • Providing recommendations to residents on local area attractions and assist with restaurant reservations, ticketing and transport arrangements as requested
  • Supporting the smooth resident move-in and move-out process

Candidate Specification: The Night Concierge must meet the following criteria

  • Have a minimum of 2 years Residential Day or Night Concierge experience essential
  • Be proactive, driven, motivated, energetic and enthusiastic about the role
  • Be customer focused
  • Be articulate well spoken
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have an excellent command of the English language
  • Have exceptional personal presentation
  • Be IT literate
  • Be a naturally supportive team player
