Are you motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed? We are seeking professional New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing dealership team. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a rewarding career, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
  • Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text communication
  • Maintain knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory
  • Utilize dealership CRM tools to track customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while providing outstanding customer service
  • Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
