Your Impact

  • Drive Revenue: Reach out to customers to generate new service leads and promote seasonal maintenance specials.
  • Expert Consulting: Educate clients on our technical capabilities and the long-term benefits of certified vehicle care.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Schedule service appointments and perform follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of all client interactions within our CRM/DMS systems.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Department to deliver a gold-standard customer journey.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance goals and KPIs.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have a background in sales or customer service (automotive experience is a major plus!).
  • Persuasive: You possess a natural ability to connect with people and follow through until the job is done.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating CRM platforms and modern digital tools.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are self-motivated and thrive in an environment where your performance is tracked and rewarded.
  • Reliable: You have a strong work ethic and a "team-first" mentality.
