· Set clear goals and expectations; maintain a consistent coaching cadence through one-on-ones, call reviews, in-the-moment feedback, and documented development plans.

· Onboard and support cross-training of new team members across CLEAR products, customer use cases, discovery, demonstration, integration, presentation, and value-articulation skills.

· Differentiate coaching and success measures for product-focused and integration-focused roles while increasing bench strength and reducing single points of failure.

· Lead the team’s professional development through stretch assignments, mentoring opportunities, etc.

· Represents Risk Solution Consulting in leadership forums and serves as a visible advocate for the team, customers, and business.

2. Drive Sales Strategy and Revenue Outcomes

· Partner with Risk Sales and Sales Management on new and existing customer opportunities, including qualification, discovery strategy, solution alignment, competitive positioning, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and executive presentations.

· Prioritize Solution Consulting capacity toward the opportunities with the greatest customer value, revenue potential, strategic importance, and probability of progression.

· Improve opportunity quality and predictable outcomes by promoting early SC engagement, clear next steps, accurate technical scoping, and disciplined opportunity documentation in Salesforce.

· Support pipeline creation as well as pipeline conversion through customer education, webinars, industry events, partner activities, thought leadership, and targeted account programs.

· Provide leadership presence on complex, high-value, and multi-stakeholder solution opportunities.

3. Own Team Readiness for CLEAR Product Positioning and Customer Value

· Ensure the team can position the CLEAR portfolio against customer workflows including investigations, identity verification, fraud prevention, risk assessment, enhanced due diligence, know your customer (KYC), and adverse media/sanctions monitoring.

· Maintain strong demonstration readiness across the CLEAR product portfolio, including AI-enabled features.

· Ensure integrated solution conversations appropriately cover CLEAR API/Batch services, customer technical environments, implementation dependencies, security considerations, and onboarding/compliance requirements.

· Translate complex product, data, analytics, and integration capabilities into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Promote trusted advisor behaviors by grounding recommendations in customer needs, workflows, data requirements, and business objectives, using a solution selling methodology.

4. Support Integrated Solutions via Strategic Partnerships

· Partner with Corporate & Government Partnerships & Alliances, Product & Innovation, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and external technology partners to shape repeatable Risk solutions.

· Guide Solution Consulting support from early solution design through go-to-market preparation, field enablement, customer opportunity support, technical onboarding, and post-launch refinement/support.

· Establish clear ownership and operating rhythms for partner opportunities, including qualification, discovery, demonstrations, technical alignment, deal progression, and implementation handoffs.

· Help scale CLEAR product usage through pre-integrated partner solutions and customer-specific workflow integrations.

5. Strengthen Customer Experience and Cross-Functional Execution

· Serve as a senior escalation and coordination point for complex customer, product, solution, and integration issues that affect strategic opportunities or relationships.

· Represent customer and field feedback to Product and Product Management to improve roadmap decisions, product readiness, documentation, and overall customer experience.

· Model ownership and proactive problem solving while maintaining clear role boundaries and sustainable team capacity.

6. Run the Business with Data and Operational Discipline

· Establish and maintain operating metrics that show Solution Consulting activity, capacity, opportunity engagement, win rate, revenue influence, deal progression, discovery compliance, and customer or partner outcomes.

· Use Salesforce, Gong, Workday, dashboards, and other approved tools to guide prioritization, coaching, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

· Create regular leadership views that identify trends, capacity risks, skill gaps, process issues, and actions needed.

· Work with Solution Consulting leadership to standardize core Solution Consulting practices while allowing appropriate flexibility for distinct product, integration, customer, and partner motions.

· Use and promote AI and automation responsibly to improve team productivity, knowledge access, call coaching, content preparation, and scalable enablement, with measurable outcomes.

Key Deliverables and Measures of Success

· Achievement of Risk business financial targets in partnership with Sales leadership, with clear evidence of Solution Consulting influence.

· Improved win rate, deal progression, late-stage conversion, and time-to-close on SC-supported opportunities.

· A healthy, engaged, and continuously developing Product Specialist and Integration Specialist team with documented coaching and succession coverage.

· Consistent, high-quality customer discovery, demonstrations, technical consultations, and integrated solution designs.

· Effective support for launch and execution of strategic CLEAR solution partnerships and repeatable integrated solutions.

· Actionable operational and value metrics used regularly to make prioritization, staffing, coaching, and go-to-market decisions.

Required Qualifications

· Substantial experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, technical consulting, product consulting, or a related customer-facing role in risk, fraud, identity, compliance, investigations, data, or enterprise software.

· Demonstrated leadership experience, including goal setting, mentoring, and leading through change.

· Strong knowledge of CLEAR or comparable public-records, risk, identity, fraud, due-diligence, compliance, investigation, or data-integration solutions.

· Experience leading complex sales cycles involving business, technical, legal, security, procurement, implementation, and executive stakeholders.

· Ability to guide both functional product demonstrations and technical discussions involving API and batch services.

· Proven collaboration across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership groups.

· Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize competing demands, make evidence-based decisions, remove barriers, and maintain customer focus in a rapidly-changing environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
