Votre rôle

Au cœur de la relation client et du service après-vente, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients pour les opérations de dépannage, maintenance et entretien. Votre objectif : diagnostiquer, conseiller et assurer le suivi complet des interventions.

Concrètement, vous serez en charge de :

  • Prendre en charge les rendez-vous avec les clients
  • Réaliser les diagnostics techniques sur les installations de chauffage, climatisation et énergies renouvelables
  • Conseiller les clients et proposer les solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Aide à l’établissement des devis
  • Vérification du matériel nécessaire à la réalisation des interventions
  • Réaliser les opérations de dépannage, maintenance et entretien
  • Assurer le suivi complet des dossiers jusqu'à leur clôture et leur transmission pour facturation

Votre profil

Vous avez un fort sens du service client, une solide expertise technique et l'envie d'intégrer une entreprise qui œuvre concrètement pour la transition énergétique ?

  • Formation technique dans les domaines du chauffage, de la climatisation, de la maintenance ou de l'énergie
  • Expérience significative en SAV, maintenance ou dépannage
  • Une expérience dans les énergies renouvelables est un atout (PAC, photovoltaïque, climatisation, etc.)
  • Autonome, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel
  • Capacité à gérer un dossier de A à Z en toute autonomie
  • Envie de s'investir durablement dans un environnement stable et en forte croissance
