Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, Ergebnisse herbeiführen und Produkte aktiv mitgestalten? Als Senior Development Engineer Mechatronics gestaltest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion fertigungsgerechte Produkte und leistungsfähige Produktionsprozesse – von der Begleitung neuer Produkte in der Entwicklung über die Einführung in die Serienproduktion bis zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Fertigungsabläufe.

Aufgaben

  • Die Produktion von Neuprodukt-Entwicklungen planen und umsetzen, geeignete Montage- und Prüfprozesse entwickeln und die Fertigungsbereitschaft sicherstellen.
  • Während der Produktentwicklung die Verantwortung für Design for Manufacturing und Design to Cost aus Fertigungssicht übernehmen und gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsbereich eine fertigungsgerechte und wirtschaftliche Produktgestaltung sicherstellen.
  • Lean-Initiativen durch geeignete technische Lösungen unterstützen, Produktionsabläufe vereinfachen und Verschwendung reduzieren.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Bestehende Fertigungsprozesse und mechatronische Systeme hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz, Zuverlässigkeit und Bedienbarkeit weiterentwickeln.
  • Fertigungsaufbauten und Prozesse dokumentieren sowie die Produktion bei Einführung und Anwendung schulen und unterstützen.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering, in der produktionsnahen Entwicklung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Design for Manufacturing und Design to Cost und Erfahrung in deren Anwendung während der Produktentwicklung.
  • Gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Mechanik, Elektronik und Steuerungstechnik; Kenntnisse in der Optik sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktion. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
