Maintenance Technician

Duties:

• Learn to identify maintenance issues on knitting equipment and assist in resolving them appropriately.
• Assist with performing maintenance and repairs on knitting equipment.
• Perform a variety of small jobs and special assignments as directed.
• Learn to operate knitting equipment and serve as a backup operator when needed.
• Train on and support preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish department goals and projects.
• Provide support to other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical work, automotive repair, construction, farming, or a related hands-on environment.

• Exposure to troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical equipment.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.
