The posting

Bring your life At Thule, we develop products that help people bring what matters most. We're now looking for a Tech Lead Electronics Engineer to strengthen our R&D organization and drive electronics development across a broad range of innovative products. In this role, you will combine hands-on electronics engineering with technical leadership, guiding development activities from concept through production while serving as a key technical expert within the organization.

What you'll do As Tech Lead Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in our product development organization, taking responsibility for driving and coordinating electronics development across multiple projects. While providing technical leadership within the electronics domain, you will remain actively involved in the engineering work itself, contributing from early concept phases through industrialization and product maintenance. You will lead the development of robust electronics solutions, working with system architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB design, prototyping, testing, and verification. Acting as the primary technical point of contact for electronics, you will drive technical decisions, manage risks, support problem-solving activities, and help ensure progress throughout the development process. The role offers extensive collaboration across the organization as well as with external development partners, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. You will also contribute to activities related to troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, compliance, and certification, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve development methods, tools, and ways of working. Depending on your experience and interests, you may also support firmware-related activities and help coordinate the interaction between electronics and embedded software development.

What you bring You are an experienced electronics engineer who enjoys combining technical depth with leadership and coordination. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges, making informed decisions and driving activities forward, even when balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, we believe you hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field, and have several years of experience developing electronics for embedded systems. You bring strong expertise in electronics design, schematic capture, component selection and PCB development, together with experience in verification, troubleshooting, EMC and regulatory requirements. You are used to working independently, taking ownership and creating structure in a dynamic development environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are equally important, as you will frequently interact with colleagues across different functions as well as external partners. Experience working with Altium Designer is highly relevant, while knowledge of firmware development or embedded software is considered an advantage.

Why you should join Thule At Thule, we are Proud to Be Thule. We believe anything is possible when we stay curious, take initiative and challenge ourselves. We encourage everyone to take ownership and make the most of their part of the business. We believe we win as a team by collaborating across functions, sharing knowledge and supporting one another. United by our passion for our products, the outdoors and the Thule brand, we take pride in what we do and create a culture where everyone contributes, grows and has fun.

Hiring Process Apply by submitting your application and resumé through “Apply for position” on our Thule Career Site. The application deadline is November 27, 2026. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
