电子电气，计算机视觉，汽车工程等相关专业本科或以上毕业 3-5年架构经验，至少一个ADAS量产项目经验 熟悉行业主流技术和方案，对自动驾驶预测、决策、和规划模块有基本了解 了解汽车常用网络规范，包含CAN/LIN/ETHERNET/FLEXRAY 了解功能安全和信息安全规范与开发，熟悉自动驾驶相关法律法规 丰富的汽车系统开发流程及开发工具（DOORS等）的使用经验 沟通能力强，可以与不同部门协同工作 英文可作为工作语言，较强的PPT撰写及汇报能力
