​1. 终端技术架构设计​ 定义终端设备（手机/机器人/车载系统等）的异构计算架构，统筹CPU/GPU/NPU算力分配，优化端侧AI推理性能（如延迟<50ms、功耗<1W）。 主导轻量化AI框架研发，支持TensorFlow Lite/MNN等引擎的定制化适配，解决模型压缩（如知识蒸馏、量化）与硬件兼容性问题。 2、 ​AI能力终端化落地​ 设计端云协同方案，划分云端训练与端侧推理边界，实现隐私保护下的实时AI功能（如语音唤醒、行为预测）。 攻关节能算法：开发动态电压频率调整（DVFS）、模型稀疏化等技术，平衡AI算力需求与终端续航。 ​3. 终端产品技术闭环​ 从硬件层​（传感器选型、功耗优化）到应用层​（AI Agent、多模态交互）全栈把控，确保技术方案与产品体验一致。 建立终端AI基准测试体系，量化模型精度（如mAP）、推理速度（FPS）等核心指标，驱动技术迭代。 ​4. 生态构建与商业化​ 联合芯片厂商（如高通/联发科）定制AI-ISP芯片，推动NPU算力密度提升与能效优化。 打造终端AI开发者平台，提供模型转换工具链、仿真测试环境，构建行业技术标准
