1.从经营维度，以客户或者客户群为经营单元，对客户/客户群的经营单元结果负责（主要是收入、利润、现金流）。 2.从流程维度，全流程端到端负责，从业务获取到业务交付甚至后期维护回款闭环。 3.是公司对该客户/客户群所有事务的责任人（包括销售、售前支持、交付、回款），对外必须深入理解客户的战略、流程、机会、客户需求、竞争对手合作状态、关键干系人并维护良好的客户关系，对内掌握所有项目交付团队组织状况和项目实施状况以及具体细节。 4.与销售的关系，AM是对销售的有利支撑，与销售配合打单，销售与客户深入沟通获取信息（竞争对手信息，预算、流程、决策人信息等），AM对销售活动进行支持，与客户管理层保持紧密沟通并作出决策（或者组织内部stakeholder讨论给出决策），决策包含是否跟进机会、提案review、报价等。 5.AM是交付的直接责任人，在项目落地过程中要负责跟各个交付中心申请资源、组建包括PM在内的项目交付团队，并指挥交付团队对项目成功实施。 6.AM要确保项目能够成功顺利交付，达成项目质量、利润率、客户满意度要求。AM必须深度参与项目全生命周期管理，是项目上所有问题解决的二级负责人（一级负责人是PM）。
