1.4年以上Android开发经验，2年以上车载应用开发经验优先。 2.熟悉Android系统架构，熟悉HMI开发，有MVVM架构经验，熟悉Jetpack。 3.熟练使用RxJava、EventBus、OKHttp、Retrofit、Glide等第三方开源框架，深刻了解原理更佳。 4.具备实际Android优化经验（内存、卡顿、电量等），有Leakcanary集成经验。 5.对Android系统Video/Audio/AMS/WMS/PMS等某一或多个模块了解或熟悉。 6.了解车载系统开发流程及基本功能业务需求，具备良好的技术文档编写能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。 7.具备良好的理解能力和沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神，能承担有挑战力工作，学习能力强。 8.能接受一定程度的出差。
