1. 负责驱动程序（Linux、Android、QNX、QNX Hypervisor）开发维护；如USB、PCIE、SPI、I2C、UART、EMMC、UFS、Camera、Display等常用外设； 2. 负责所编写或维护的驱动的稳定性、性能优化、功能验证、代码评审； 3. 分析、解决系统集成期间发现的问题； 4. 负责Linux内核配置、裁剪，启动性能优化。

1. 本科以上学历，电子信息、计算机科学与技术、自动化等电子类相关专业毕业； 2. 具有至少2年（高级岗位5年）Linux、Android驱动开发经验，有独立负责一个或多个模块的开发经验； 3. 熟练掌握至少1种常见Linux设备驱动开发（PCIe、 DMA、Ethernet、USB、GPIO、I2C、CAN，Camera、Display等）； 4. 熟练掌握Linux内核框架、驱动模型、用户空间设计、内存管理机制等； 5. 有一定硬件基础，能看懂硬件电路图，芯片手册，会使用常用的硬件调试设备（万用表、示波器）； 6. 熟悉QNX或QNX Hypervisor操作系统。

优先条件： 1. 有高通（Qualcomm）、瑞萨（Renesas）、NXP平台开发经验者优先； 2. 有QNX或QNX Hypervisor操作系统开发经验优先。
