Camera 驱动（初级/资深）： 职位描述: 1、负责Camera驱动软件开发(Lens, Sensor Driver, ISP,OTP)和 系统软件(Framework, HAL, V4L2,CAMIF, Power Consumption)的开发、维护和优化， 2、负责第三方Codec DSP/算法的评估和移植； 3、负责协助Camera Tuning(lens/sensor/马达/3A等)完成相关的工作，包括主客观调试以及相关认证标准的调试依赖项； 4、负责Camera Sensor 器件的风险评估和可行性分析；（可选） 5、 负责Camera Team的团队管理和技术培训工作；（可选） 6、制订CameraHAL、驱动开发相关的技术文档；（可选）

Camera tuning： 工作职责： 1、主要负责移动终端的camera图片质量的调优工作； 2、 熟悉并掌握MTK或者高通平台的3a，isp的算法原理，及调试方法； 3、负责MTK或者高通平台的3a（ae，awb，af）和isp模块的调试； 4、负责图像主客观效果的调试，问题收敛； 5、负责和验收团队的技术沟通，保证达到客户验收标准； 6、输出项目总结问题，并团队内部分享； 7、 参与团队内部技术建设，人员培养等；

1、计算机，物理、数学、通讯、电子等相关专业，本科及以上学历，良好的英文读写能力； 2、扎实C/C++编程基础； 3、具备Android Camera HAL & Driver的经验； 4、做过MTK/高通/海思/展讯 平台Camera HAL/Framewrok 的优先； 5、熟悉Camera 数据/控制pipe line，能够独立解决Camera功能，功耗，CTS，适配移植等问题； 6、熟悉/了解 Camera app 处理流程优先； 7、了解设计模式思想优先。 8、具备良好的技术创新思维和学习能力，有责任心，积极主动，沟通能力强。
