1. 本科以上学历，电子电气相关专业； 2. 6年以上经验，5年以上全面的车身电子&车联网系统/控制器的专业知识经验 3. ECU 测试的完整经验（测试规划、测试环境搭建、测试执行、bug 分析及修复、问题管理） 4. 熟悉 SIL/HIL 相关工具链，如 DSPACE/VECTOR 和其他测试平台工具链 5. 具备 CAPL, C/C++的开发或修改测试用例脚本的经验与能力 6. 有动手能力者优先——例如面包板/Labcar 设置、汽车改装 7. 具有利用 CAN/诊断计算机软件（如 CANOE、vflash、INCA/CANAPE 等）进行诊断和校准的 经验 8. 良好的项目管理意识和技能 9. 具有汽车技术、系统和零部件的经验 10.对汽车和汽车行业有浓厚的兴趣/知识 11. 积极，诚实，专注于细节； 12. 有C1及以上等级的驾驶证； 13. 优秀的英文书面，阅读以及沟通能力。"
