工作描述： 1、与客户对接项目需求，进行可测试性分析，需求拆解分析并制定对应测试策略； 2、参与FOTA测试工作，在各阶段准备以及输出交付物，并在各环节对交付物进行评审，完成项目各阶段交付； 3、测试执行过程中，强执行能力及推动能力，把控测试进度，从测试角度推动项目进度前移； 4、测试执行过程中，具有敏锐的风险识别意识并及时分析对策汇报，能够把控项目整体质量。

岗位要求： 1、本科以上学历，有2年以上整车FOTA测试经验； 2、熟练使用CANoe、VBA等支持以太网、CAN的工具； 3、熟悉车载以太网相关协议，会采集以太报文和分析DoIP报文。具备域控制器OTA测试经验，会使用工具发送以太服务，CAN信号等； 4、熟悉Bootloader刷写流程，ETHBootloader 刷写规范； 5、问题敏锐度良好，出现异常时的有分析排查 和定位能力。
