组织设计与效率优化：承接事业群战略，调研组织现状，诊断架构与职责问题，制定精简高效的组织优化方案，推动落地以支撑降本目标；完善跨部门协作流程，跟踪运行效果并持续优化。​ 人才结构优化与盘点：牵头年度人才盘点，搭建适配的盘点体系（含能力、绩效、潜力评估），组织实施盘点全流程，输出人才地图与报告；识别核心 / 高潜 / 待优化人才，针对性制定保留、培养或优化方案，优化人才结构。​ 人才发展体系落地：结合盘点结果与战略需求，搭建并落地事业群人才发展体系（职业通道、继任者计划、人才梯队），保障关键岗位供给；协同培训、薪酬模块，将人才管理与激励、晋升挂钩，提升人效。​ 人力资源落地支撑：推动人力资源各项政策在事业群落地，沉淀组织设计与人才管理方法论，引入行业先进工具，助力降本增效与战略达成。​ 劳动纠纷与风险管控：处理事业群内劳动纠纷，梳理用工风险点，制定防范措施；协助完善员工关系制度，保障用工合规，降低劳动争议发生率。​ 团队培养赋能：针对事业群团队需求，设计并组织 HR 专业能力培训（如组织诊断、人才盘点工具使用）；赋能业务部门管理者，提升其人才管理与团队建设能力。​ 业务深度理解与协同：深入调研事业群业务模式、核心流程与战略目标，将业务需求融入组织设计、人才管理方案；定期与业务团队沟通，确保 HR 工作精准支撑业务发展。​

任职要求​ 学历：全日制本科及以上，211/985 院校优先。​ 经验：3-5 年人力资源工作经验，至少 2 年组织设计、人才盘点或 OD 专项经验；有互联网 / 科技 / 制造行业大型企业或知名咨询公司背景，且具备劳动纠纷处理、团队赋能经验者优先。​ 专业能力：​ 熟练掌握组织架构设计、人才盘点全流程，能独立输出高质量盘点报告与优化方案；具备劳动纠纷处理实战经验，熟悉劳动法律法规。​ 熟悉人才发展体系搭建，了解 HR 各模块协同逻辑，具备降本与人才结构优化相关实践经验；擅长团队培训赋能，能设计贴合业务的赋能内容。​ 具备较强的业务理解能力，能快速对齐业务需求；较强数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel，有 HR 系统 / 人才管理系统使用经验优先。
