1. 理工科本科或以上学历；电子工程，自动化或工业工程专业； 2. 具有5年及以上电子、自动化或测试工作经验； 3. 具备独立的生产、测试设备开发能力；对项目管理，供应商管理等有较好的能力； 4. 熟悉电子产品测试、测量技术； 5. 对产品制造过程的Flow Chart， PFMEA， 操作指导，设备校验，测试方法和设备过程能力分析非常熟悉； 6. 了解产线开发过程，特别是产线终检设备的开发，包括但不限于产线平衡、人机工程、快速换模、工业4.0知识、电子贴片工艺、产线终检设备开发； 7. 熟练使用Office相关工具。
