统筹智能座舱软件项目测试全流程管理，制定测试策略计划、把控项目测试质量与风险，对接内外部及OEM客户协调需求与问题闭环，输出质量报告支撑量产发布决策，优化测试流程与质量体系，统筹项目整体交付质量。

岗位职责 参与智能座舱软件项目全流程测试管理，包括需求评审、测试策略制定、测试范围确认、测试计划制定。 负责测试流程把控：里程碑评审、准入准出判断、风险识别、版本质量评估。 组织测试启动会、问题分析会、版本验收会，推动问题闭环，跟踪重大缺陷与阻塞问题。 对接研发、产品、FO、OEM 客户，确认需求理解、验收标准、交付物。 输出测试总结、质量报告、版本收敛情况、风险预警，给出发布 / 量产决策依据。 不参与实际测试执行、用例编写、台架搭建、实车操作，但需理解测试方法、场景、缺陷逻辑，判断测试是否充分。 维护测试流程规范，推动质量体系落地，提升项目整体交付质量。 任职要求 本科及以上，车辆工程、电子、自动化、计算机相关专业。 3年以上智能座舱软件测试相关经验，熟悉整车软件开发流程 V 模型。 熟悉座舱功能：车机、仪表、360 全景、车控、语音、蓝牙、CarLife/CarPlay 等。 具备测试策划、风险把控、质量评估能力，能独立判断测试是否充分。 优秀的沟通协调能力，能对接 OEM 客户、内部研发、项目、测试团队。 了解车载基础：CAN/CANFD/Ethernet、诊断、刷写、版本管理流程。 严谨、逻辑强、结果导向，能推动问题收敛与项目交付。
