1. 支持业务线的各种测试活动，如车机与整车交互功能测试，功能、性能、系统并发与交互等测试； 2. 独立完成产品全流程测试，包括参与需求分析、制定测试计划、方案和测试执行，进行缺陷跟踪和软件质量分析，风险分析； 3. 协助开发工程师定位、分析和解决测试过程中的复杂技术问题； 4. 根据业务的需求，开发相关测试工具、搭建测试环境； 5. 对测试方法和测试流程进行创新改造，提高测试效率； 6. 协调内部测试团队和外部测试资源。

1. 测试经验5年以上，3年以上有整车电子电气集成测试或零部件测试经验，有整车车控及仪表测试经验优先。 2. 熟悉CAN、LIN等车载总线及相关通信协议，熟练操作CANoe、PCAN、SPY3等总线测试工具； 4. 普通话标准，有普通话等级证书者优先； 5. 精通测试流程和测试用例设计方法，能主动进行技术钻研； 6. 了解车辆ECU和车机系统、仪表系统功能，能够通过测试现象定位问题； 7. 较强的逻辑思维能力，团队协调能力； 8. 善于团队合作，理解和适应变化，以结果和行动为准则，努力追求成功； 9. 有驾照，会开车优先考虑。
