岗位职责： 1. 流程规则因地制宜定制：深入各项目一线，针对项目规模、类型与客户要求定制适配的研发流程，平衡规范性与交付效率； 2. 主动发现并推动落地闭环：主动识别流程不合理、规则不健全的问题，输出优化方案并推动落地——从识别、实施到验证全程负责，而非仅跟踪监督； 3. 供应链体系流程支撑：参与后续供应链体系搭建后的流程配置与跟踪工作； 4. AI 数字化转型参与（可选）：对 AI 数字化转型有兴趣者，可参与公司 AI Coding、智能审计等工具引入研发过程的提效实践。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2. 10 年以上软件研发或研发过程改进相关经验； 3. 优先车载 / 智能座舱 / 汽车电子 / 车规级软件 行业背景； 4. 对 CMMI / ASPICE / ISO 26262 / ESBAS 等质量与过程体系逻辑有清晰理解；参与过相关体系认证项目者优先； 5. 熟悉软件研发生命周期（需求 / 设计 / 编码 / 测试 / 发布）各环节工程实践； 6. 熟练使用 JIRA、Confluence 等研发管理工具链。 7. 独立思考与推动力、跨部门沟通协调、务实落地。 8. 加分项：持有 CMMI、PMP、ASPICE 等相关资质证书； 9. 加分项：具备英语 / 日语沟通能力（对接海外客户 / 日系供应链场景）； 10. 加分项：有将 AI 工具引入研发过程提效的实践经验。
