智能家居领域技术攻坚专家，带领团队完成复杂项目方案设计、技术攻坚与客户交付，对方案技术可行性、落地效果及商业成功负责，支撑业务规模化拓展。 核心岗位职责： 1. 方案设计与技术攻坚：主导智能家居复杂项目全流程方案输出，解决跨系统/设备技术整合难题，管控技术风险，沉淀方案模板与知识库。 2. 客户对接与商务支撑：对接中大型/战略客户，挖掘需求并转化为技术方案，支撑销售商务谈判、投标及项目交付，维护核心客户关系。 3. 团队赋能与行业引领：开展内部培训，跟踪行业技术趋势，推动方案创新与产品迭代，打造标杆案例，提升公司行业影响力。

1. 硬性要求：英语口语流利；5年+智能家居售前解决方案经验，3年+中大型项目全流程售前经验，有团队带领及复杂项目攻坚案例；熟悉行业生态、主流技术协议及落地场景；无重大技术方案相关投诉/损失，千万级项目经验优先。 2. 核心能力：精通智能家居全链路技术，具备优秀方案撰写、成本管控、技术宣讲能力；擅长需求挖掘、跨部门协同及团队管理；学习能力、抗压能力强，能应对突发问题。 3. 加分项：头部智能家居品牌相关经验、To B端项目落地经验、相关专业证书、研发/产品背景、丰富行业/客户资源优先。
