1. 统筹智慧养老无人看护全产品线整体规划与产品设计，聚焦居家独居、康养机构无人值守照护两大核心场景，搭建完整场景化产品体系； 2. 牵头智能看护终端、边缘网关、养老云平台的需求调研、方案设计与 PRD 输出，主导产品从 0 到 1 落地； 3. 全流程跟进产品研发、样机调试、试产、量产与版本迭代，把控项目进度与产品品质； 4. 对接国内外养老行业客户、康养机构及产业链生态伙伴，挖掘业务痛点，输出一体化落地解决方案，赋能商务签单。

1. 本科及以上学历，3-5 年 AIoT / 智能硬件 / 智慧养老产品从业经验，拥有落地项目实战经历； 2. 深谙居家、机构养老看护业务场景，熟悉各类传感器、音视频设备、AI 视觉智能硬件原理与选型； 3. 了解端边云整体架构，有无人值守看护、居家养老监护硬件项目量产落地经验优先； 4. 擅长需求梳理与方案设计，具备出色跨部门协同、项目推进能力，能统筹研发、供应链、商务协同落地。
