任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，汽车、电子、通讯等相关专业，5年及以上车载测试团队管理经验（3年以上车载软件测试项目管理经验）； 2、有大中型项目测试经验，熟悉研发流程，精通测试策略，具备项目的重要风险识别、跟踪、推动落地的能力。 3.、熟悉智能座舱、智能驾驶以及智能车联网的软件测试，精通其中一个领域（智能座舱、车身域、整车FOTA、车联网等）。 4、具备良好的沟通能力、抗压力、逻辑分析能力、良好的客户关系维护能力，结果导向型思维方式。 5、能够使用英语进行技术交流和项目交流者优先。
