The posting

负责ADAS/自动驾驶、三电系统、底盘控制系统在整车级的集成和验证: - 评估每个整车软件迭代周期的测试范围、策略，通过选择不同的测试方法，获得支撑评估的输入； - 创建和维护相应的测试计划，并根据功能集成状态实时调整，以满足项目功能释放计划； - 对测试环境（仿真、台架，车辆）、工具、数据等提出需求，并支持相应的准备工作； - 负责测试用例和场景库的设计/维护，同时对需求规范/功能体验定义等进行评审； - 执行相关测试，并输出测试结果，完成最终的功能释放评价； - 牵头对接上下游功能团队，不断优化分工合作，提高体系化效率； - 管理迭代过程中整车级的软件/定义类缺陷（创建、分析、跟踪并推动问题解决）。

- 教育程度：本科及以上； - 工作经验： 至少１年以上ADAS领域工作经验（如自适应巡航、自动紧急刹车、车道保持、自动泊车等功能）或者 至少１年以上盘控制领域工作经验（如电子稳定系统（ESP），电子助力转向系统（EPS），电子驻车制动（EPB），主动悬架等功能.）或者 至少１年以上三电控制系统（高压上下电, 扭矩和换挡控制,交直流充电以及里程能耗等功能.）相关工作经验者优先； - 通用技术能力：熟悉CAN/LIN总线通讯、诊断及故障诊断，有HIL，仿真工作经验者优先； - 语言能力：英文读写良好，口语可以正常交流； - 计算机能力 ： Office，CANoe /CANalyzer，Matlab/Simulink，同时熟悉 C/C#，python优先； - 驾照：C1驾照至少满２年，驾驶经验丰富优先； - 有责任心、灵活、适应能力强、沟通能力好，积极主动并能承担一定压力
