南京行政主管 岗位职责： 1、展厅讲解与接待：负责公司展厅的日常管理与维护，为来访客户、合作伙伴等提供专业的展厅讲解，接待重要客户及访客，安排接待流程 2、活动宣传与策划：负责公司内外活动的策划、组织与执行，包括但不限于年会、庆典、团队建设等，党建相关工作统筹及安排。 3、职场品质管理：负责公司办公环境的日常管理，包括办公设备、设施维护、环境卫生等；监督职场秩序，协调行政部门与其他部门的沟通，提升职场整体运营效率。 4、综合行政支持：员工服务类工作对接及跟进；统筹日常运营相关工作：包括工商证照管理、车辆管理、档案管理、职场品质品控、第三方供应商管理、资产管理、大事记管理等；部门交办的其他工作

任职要求： 一、学历要求： 1、本科及以上学历，行政管理、市场营销、公共关系、文秘等相关专业优先。 2、有英文语言能力者优先。 二、工作经验： 1、5年以上相关工作经验，具备活动策划、宣传、展厅讲解或客户接待或行政管理经验者优先。 三、技能要求： 1、具备较强的文案撰写能力，能够独立完成活动策划方案及宣传材料。 2、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），具备基本的平面设计能力者优先。
