1. 售前支持：负责配合销售完成与客户的需求沟通、项目方案规划、方案宣讲、招投标等售前工作；推动项目打单的顺利进行，对项目售前阶段工作负责； 2. 需求分析：根据客户业务场景与实际需求，独立承担较大项目的需求交流、分析和咨询工作，为客户提供完整业务咨询、客户需求分析，以及方案设计、项目规划等服务； 3. 内部赋能：通过售前支持工作完成各行业样板售前案例总结与分享培训，同时负责销售价值提炼、客户案例编写与包装、对外市场活动的宣讲； 4. 与后端产研团队、交付团队等紧密配合，形成前后端信息互通、成本评估、方案拉通等牵引和指导工作；

1.统招本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，5年以上大型集团客户售前咨询或架构规划工作经验； 2. 较全面的软件、硬件、网络、业务方面的知识积累，熟悉所在行业目前主流的系统、方案及技术； 3. 熟悉服务器、存储、网络等基础设施技术，有云计算、大数据、大模型及操作系统等相关领域售前经验。 4. 熟悉大型集团客户或政府单位IT解决方案，能够针对性的为客户打造整体解决方案（智慧园区、装备制造、智慧政务、智慧交通、能源等经验者优先）； 5. 优秀的方案撰写和书面表达能力，善于综合分析整理各种资料，思路清晰，条理清楚； 6. 优秀的沟通能力和口头表达能力（英文读写能力强者优先），能够独立撰写方案标书并进行方案演讲； 7. 责任心强，良好的团队精神，执行能力以及自驱能力； 8. 优秀的组织协调能力，能够有效进行跨部门的协调和组织；
