1、车辆、计算机、电子信息、通信工程或自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、具有6年以上相关技术与产品的研发经验，3年以上mcu或汽车电子领域经验；有至少2年的30人及以上技术团队管理经验； 3、熟悉汽车电子零部件产品研发流程体系；有车载行业嵌入式软件开发经验；熟悉底层和系统软件开发的优先； 4、具备优秀的团队管理及组织协调能力；富有敬业精神和责任心，能够承担工作压力。
