The posting

1.负责笔记本产品结构设计工作，从概念设计、详细设计、原型打样到量产导入，全程主导结构方案落地，确保产品结构满足功能、性能、成本及可制造性要求。 2.独立完成产品结构建模、装配设计、工程图绘制，优化结构布局，解决结构强度、刚度、稳定性、公差配合等核心问题，规避装配干涉、应力集中等潜在风险。 3.配合热设计、硬件、电子等相关部门，协同完成散热结构、PCB布局、器件安装等跨专业设计，确保结构与热设计、电气设计的兼容性，提升产品整体可靠性。 4.负责结构件（塑料件、金属件，含6061等铝合金结构件）的选型、材质确认及供应商对接，制定结构件加工工艺规范，跟进打样、试产过程，解决量产中的结构相关问题。 5.参与产品可靠性测试，针对测试中出现的结构失效问题，进行根因分析并输出整改方案，形成闭环优化。 6.编制结构设计规范、BOM清单、技术协议、装配手册等技术文档，推动结构设计标准化、模块化，提升设计效率和产品一致性。 7.跟踪行业结构设计新技术、新材料、新工艺，开展技术预研和方案优化，降低产品成本、提升产品竞争力。

学历与专业：本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、模具设计与制造等相关专业，3年及以上相关工作经验 设计能力：精通3D设计Creo/ProE软件，AutoCAD熟练，能独立完成复杂产品结构建模、装配设计及工程图绘制，熟悉公差设计与应用。 专业基础：具备扎实的机械原理、材料力学、结构力学基础，熟悉塑料、金属（铝合金、不锈钢等）的材料特性、加工工艺（注塑、冲压、机加工、阳极氧化等）。 实操能力：熟悉产品结构设计流程，能独立应对打样、试产、量产中的结构问题，具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，有笔记本产品结构设计经验者优先。 协同能力：能与热设计、硬件、生产、采购等跨部门高效协作，清晰对接需求、同步设计进度，推动问题闭环；具备良好的沟通表达和文档撰写能力。 职业素养：具备严谨的逻辑思维、较强的责任心和执行力，能承受多项目并行压力，注重细节，有成本意识和创新意识。
