1、精通C/C++编程语言，具备扎实的编码能力和良好的代码规范意识； 2、深入理解嵌入式系统的常见接口协议，包括但不限于 UART、PCIe、USB、I²C 等，能够进行底层调试与分析； 3、具备某一硬件模块的 Bring-up 经验（如 Display、Audio、Charger 等），熟悉从芯片 datasheet 到软件实现的全流程； 4、熟练掌握固件开发流程，了解 UEFI 或 EC 开发环境者优先； 5、有 Windows 驱动开发经验者优先，尤其是 WDM/WDF 框架的实际项目经历； 6、能够阅读和理解硬件原理图，并基于此完成对应模块的驱动程序开发； 7、具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力和解决问题的能力，能够在复杂环境中快速定位问题。

1、根据产品需求和技术规格文档，负责相应硬件模块的 Windows 驱动、UEFI 固件或 EC 代码的设计与开发工作； 2、协助硬件团队完成模块级调试与验证，确保软硬件协同工作的稳定性与可靠性； 3、参与 Windows 系统层面的定制开发，涵盖 OOBE 引导流程、系统设置、WinRE 和 WinPE 等关键环节； 4、分析和解决系统集成过程中遇到的技术难题，提供高效可行的解决方案； 5、输出高质量的技术文档，参与 Code Review 并持续改进研发流程； 6、积极跟进业界前沿动态，推动新技术在项目中的落地实施。
