1、通信、电子、计算机等相关专业本科以上学历； 2、熟练掌握C/C++/Java语言，有良好的编程风格和工作习惯； 3、有Android Modem&RIL开发经验，具备很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力； 4、熟悉Call, SMS, SIM, PhoneBook, Data等业务流程； 5、熟悉GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TDSCDMA/LTE/NR等移动通信协议，熟悉3GPP及3GPP2规范； 6、工作踏实、细致、有耐心，能承受较大的工作压力； 7、有强烈的责任感和良好的团队合作意识，工作积极主动，善于沟通。
