1. 全日制本科及以上学历，汽车、软件工程、机电一体化、通信、电子、自动控制等相关专业； 2. 本科毕业3年以上、硕士2年以上相关嵌入式软件开发及测试工作经验； 3. 熟练掌握C语言开发，了解主流ADAS应用方案，有DMS、域控制器、数字流媒体应用等相关软件开发经验优先； 4. 熟练掌握数据结构、C指针与链表，具备多线程编程、进程间通讯、系统内存优化等能力； 5. 熟练掌握gdb调试，能够基于Linux、Shell、RTOS等环境开展软件开发工作； 6. 具备车载UDS诊断、UDS刷写、doip、doCAN、canTP协议经验最佳； 7. 具备CAN，SOME/IP，DDS等通信协议开发经验优先； 8. 嵌入式、C、ADAS、车载UDS、多线程等技能组合具备即可，不需要都会。但嵌入式、ADAS、UDS作为重心。根据人选年限及面试评价进行最终定级。学历要求全日制本科暂不放宽。要有Linux经验。
