Vi søger en erfaren, engageret og selvstændig tjener til Restaurant MellemRum i hjertet af Aarhus. Du bliver en vigtig del af vores team og får mulighed for at sætte dit præg på både serviceniveauet og hverdagen i restauranten.

Hvem er vi?

På Restaurant MellemRum arbejder vi ud fra værdierne Håndværk, Hygge & Energi.

Vi jagter ikke Michelinstjerner, men brænder for at give vores gæster en smagfuld, personlig og afslappet restaurantoplevelse.

Hos os skal gæsterne kunne lægge hverdagen bag sig og nyde et lille mellemrum, hvor god mad, dejlig vin og nærvær er i centrum.

Vi tror på, at godt værtskab handler om mere end at servere mad og vin. Det handler om at skabe en stemning, hvor gæsterne føler sig velkomne, godt tilpas og får lyst til at komme igen.

Hvem er du?

  • Du har minimum 2 års erfaring fra en lignende stilling.
  • Du brænder for godt værtskab og sætter en ære i at give gæsterne en god oplevelse.
  • Du tager naturligt ansvar og har lyst til at være med til at fastholde og udvikle vores serviceniveau.
  • Du arbejder selvstændigt, struktureret og bevarer overblikket – også når der er travlt.
  • Du har interesse for mad og vin og kan formidle din viden med begejstring.
  • Du er en holdspiller, der bidrager med godt humør, positiv energi og konstruktive idéer.

Det vigtigste for os er, at du har lyst til at tage ejerskab for gæsteoplevelsen og være med til at gøre både dine kollegaer og restauranten endnu bedre.
