Genau dafür suchen wir dich.

Einen Coloristen, einen Farbenmischer, einen Menschen mit einem guten Auge, technischem Verständnis und echter Leidenschaft für Farbe.

Jemanden, der nicht einfach Rezepturen abarbeitet, sondern mitdenkt, ausprobiert, optimiert und unsere Mischerei weiterbringt.

WAS DU BEI UNS MACHST: ----------------------

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unsere Mischerei und sorgst dafür, dass aus hochwertigen Rohstoffen und präzisen Rezepturen perfekte Farbtöne entstehen.

Du mischst und reproduzierst Farbtöne maschinell und von Hand. Das manuelle Ausmischen gehört bei uns genauso zum Handwerk wie der Umgang mit moderner Mischtechnik.

Du stellst Farbtöne von Grund auf selbst her, kombinierst Pigmente mit sicherem Farbgefühl und entwickelst Rezepturen, die du präzise erfasst und reproduzierbar machst.

Du findest Lösungen, wenn ein Farbton nicht auf Anhieb passt \- auch dann, wenn es anspruchsvoll wird.

Du sorgst für Qualität, Genauigkeit und einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Du behältst Maschinen, Material, Rezepturen und Organisation im Griff.

Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und entwickelst unsere Mischerei fachlich und technisch weiter.

WEN WIR SUCHEN: ---------------

Einen Menschen mit fundiertem Wissen rund um Farben, Pigmente und Beschichtungsstoffe.

Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung als Colorist, Farbenmischer oder aus der Farben\- und Lackindustrie mit.

Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Farbgefühl und ein Auge für Nuancen, die anderen vielleicht gar nicht auffallen.

Du arbeitest präzise, selbstständig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.

Du verstehst Technik, hast Freude an Maschinen und bist offen für neue Mischsysteme und Entwicklungen.

Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast den Ehrgeiz, deinen Arbeitsbereich nicht nur zu betreuen, sondern aktiv weiterzubringen.

Du bist lösungsorientiert, packst an und verlierst auch dann nicht den Überblick, wenn es einmal hektisch wird.
