  • Evaluates multi-factor authentication events, IVR/call center interactions, and deepfake detection tools to identify authentication bypass attempts, social engineering, caller impersonation, and synthetic media used to commit fraud.
  • Conducts research and analysis of source data sets and identified fraudulent activity to determine root cause, attack patterns, and control gaps.
  • Performs root cause analysis on confirmed fraud events and develops, refines, and implements fraud prevention strategies, including blocking rules, alerting logic, and detection models to reduce future losses.
  • Collaborates with technology, fraud operations, and product teams to test and implement new fraud detection and prevention controls, while ensuring consistent compliance with enterprise fraud, security, and privacy policies and regulations.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the customer account lifecycle and control environment and continually monitors internal fraud trends and the external threat landscape to proactively protect customer accounts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
