Senior Projektleiter:in Wärmesysteme

Deine Aufgaben – abwechslungsreich und mitten im Geschehen! •Von der Idee zur Offerte: Du planst moderne Holzheizungsanlagen sowie Wärmepumpen und erstellst passende Angebote – mit Fokus auf Sanierungen von Einfamilienhäusern. •Du behältst den Überblick: Von der Auftragsbestätigung über die Anzahlungsrechnung bis zur Schlussrechnung hast du die Administration im Griff. •Du hältst die Fäden zusammen: Du organisierst das benötigte Material, koordinierst Liefertermine und sorgst gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern für einen reibungslosen Baustellenablauf. •Du kennst dich mit dem Papierkram aus: Du kümmerst dich um Fördergesuche und Baubewilligungen. •Du bringst Projekte sauber zum Abschluss: Du erstellst Projektdokumentationen und Nachkalkulationen. •Du machst Pläne, die Hand und Fuss haben: Du zeichnest Dispositionspläne und bereitest die technische Umsetzung vor.

Das bringst du mit – fachlich fit und organisatorisch stark! •Du kommst vom Fach: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heizungsinstallateur:in, Sanitärinstallateur:in, Gebäudetechnikplaner:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. •Du weisst, wie Projekte laufen: Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit – eine entsprechende Weiterbildung ist ein willkommenes Plus. •Wärmetechnik ist deine Welt: Du kennst dich mit modernen Heizsystemen aus und bringst praktische Erfahrung mit. •Du kannst auch digital planen: CAD\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. •Du bist ein Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei mehreren laufenden Projekten den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst für klare Abläufe. •Du denkst mit und voraus: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenzial, bringst eigene Ideen ein und packst bei der Umsetzung aktiv mit an.
