We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to support a US-based startup building scalable digital products and internal systems.

This role involves working across backend services, third-party integrations, and frontend application development. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end, collaborating with product and design teams, and adapting to different technical needs as the product evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate third-party APIs and internal services
  • Implement frontend features and UI components
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Debug, test, and optimize application performance
  • Support document generation or workflow automation when required
  • Participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts
  • Maintain technical documentation for systems and features
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency

  • Frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Tailwind, Shadcn/UI, or similar)
  • Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar)
  • APIs and integrations (REST, GraphQL)
  • Databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Prisma, or similar)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
  • Version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab)
  • Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
  • AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar)

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-leaning engineering roles
  • At least 3–5 years of freelancing or remote contractor experience
  • Strong experience building APIs, integrations, and backend services
  • Comfortable contributing to frontend applications
  • Experience with relational databases and data modeling
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 or C2 level)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
