Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation des Teilelagers
  • Verantwortung für die optimale Teileversorgung und entsprechende Arbeitsqualität und unterstützen damit die Werkstatt an Ihrem Standort.
  • Die Erfüllung der Erwartungen Ihrer Theken- und NORA-Kunden und die Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehungen zu diesen ist wichtig. Ebenso wie die Betreuung und Führung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden und gewerblichen Auszubildenen in Ihrem Bereich.
  • Betriebswirtschaftlich relevante Kennzahlen für Ihren Bereich werden von Ihnen beobachtet und analysiert. Daraufhin erarbeiten Sie Konzeptionen von Absatzförderungsmaßnahmen und setzen diese mit Ihrem Team um.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung im Automobilhandel und Zertifizierung zum Teiledienstleiter (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • Mindestens fünfjährige Berufserfahrung im Teiledienst eines Autohauses, idealerweise sogar mit ersten Erfahrungen als Teiledienstleiter (m/w/d)
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten und ein Geschick, Ihr Team zu motivieren und zu fördern
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, um schnell Entscheidungen zu treffen und Verantwortung zu tragen
  • Gängige EDV-Systeme und Kernprozesse in Autohäusern sind Ihnen geläufig
  • Kundenorientiertes Handeln und Denken und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
