Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie stellen die Kundenzufriedenheit an Ihrem Standort sicher und steuern Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen.
  • Das Kunden- und Wettbewerber-Verhalten im Servicemarkt haben Sie gut im Blick und beobachten und analysieren diesen. Daraus leiten Sie Strategien zur Ausschöpfung des Marktpotenzials für Werkstattleistungen, Teile und Zubehör ab und kontrollieren dessen Wirksamkeit.
  • Mit Blick auf die Umsatz- und Renditeziele, planen, überwachen und steuern Sie die Abteilungsergebnisse.
  • Sie koordinieren den gesamten Servicebereich und das Ihnen anvertraute Personal.
  • Als Standortverantwortlicher sind sie für Ihre Mitarbeiter, dessen Zufriedenheit und Motivation verantwortlich.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder alternativ ein Studium absolviert.
  • Sie blicken auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Berufsfeld innerhalb der Automobilbranche zurück.
  • Sie bringen ein sicheres Verständnis der Fahrzeugtechnik sowie Kenntnisse von Controlling- und Marketinginstrumenten im Bereich Service mit.
  • Durch Ihre starke kommunikative Fähigkeit, verfügen Sie über gute Beratungs-, Verkaufs- und Verhandlungstechniken.
  • Ihre Tätigkeit ist geprägt von Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Ziel- und Erfolgsorientierung.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihr hohes Engagement und Ihre Belastbarkeit aus.
