Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bei Ihrer Arbeit fokussieren Sie sich auf die Umsetzung der Vertriebs- und Unternehmensziele. Dabei tragen Sie die vertriebliche Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung Ihres Betriebs
  • Die Ausrichtung der Führung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden ist ziel- und ergebnisorientiert
  • Sie arbeiten eng und kooperativ mit den anderen Bereichen des Betriebs sowie der Verwaltung und Geschäftsführung zusammen
  • Sie haben einen intensiven Blick auf die Markt- und Wettbewerbssituation in Ihrem Marktverantwortungsgebiet und übernehmen die Planung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Ausschöpfung der Standortpotentiale in diesem Gebiet
  • Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Effektivität und Effizienz der Vertriebsabteilung inkl. Optimierung und Implementierung relevanter Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung verfügen über mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Verkaufsleiter/ Teamleiter im Vertrieb von Fahrzeugen
  • Sie besitzen eine Zertifizierung als Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d). Alternativ verfügen Sie über nachweisliche Erfahrungen als Führungskraft, idealerweise als Verkaufsleiter u. o. Standortleiter (m/w/d)
  • Eine mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb einer Volkwagen AG Marke sind von Vorteil
  • Ihre Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sowie Ihr hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung zeichnen Sie aus
  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Sie werden von Ihren Mitmenschen geschätzt und Ihnen wird ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und Integrität nachgesagt
