  • Sie repräsentieren die Marke Audi und die Tiemeyer-Gruppe mit Professionalität und Sympathie gegenüber Kunden, Interessenten und Besuchern.
  • Sie begleiten unsere Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis zum Kauf und gewährleisten ein außergewöhnliches Kauferlebnis.
  • Eigenverantwortlich managen Sie die Pflege und den Ausbau unserer langjährigen Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Sie analysieren und beobachten den regionalen Markt und passen Ihre persönliche Vertriebsstrategie an.
  • Sie nutzen und verwerten Vertriebschancen, welche sich durch unseren circa 5.000 dauerhaft verfügbaren Gebrauchtwagen ergeben.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (m/w/d).
  • Idealerweise sind Sie zertifizierter Verkaufsberater.
  • Sie haben mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Fahrzeugen (PKW, o. Nutzfahrzeuge, o. Freizeitmobile); alternativ sind Sie Quereinsteiger aus dem Vertrieb.
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, verbunden mit der Begabung, Menschen zu begeistern und Netzwerke aufzubauen.
  • Sie weisen eine belastbare Erfolgsbilanz, insbesondere bezogen auf vertriebliche Kennzahlen auf
  • Sie besitzen „Drive“ und ein hohes Maß an intrinsischer Motivation und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
