Als Learning Program Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Programme, die Führungskräfte, Praxisleitungen und künftige Nachfolger:innen in unserem Netzwerk stärken - fachlich, menschlich und unternehmerisch.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Programm-Konzeption & Rollout: Du trägst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Steuerung unserer Lernprogramme, darunter Leadership, Practice Management, Business Literacy und das Succession-/Nachfolge-Programm.
  • Referenten- & Partner-Management: Du wählst externe Trainer:innen, Partner und Expert:innen aus, briefst sie fachlich, steuerst sie und stimmst dich eng mit internen Stakeholdern ab.
  • Agile Didaktik & Storyboarding: Du übersetzt komplexe betriebswirtschaftliche und kommunikative Themen in moderne Formate wie Blended Learning, Micro-Learning-Module und interaktive Workshops.
  • Governance & KPI-Tracking: Du behältst Programm-Performance, Teilnahmeraten und Qualitäts-KPIs im Blick und misst den tatsächlichen Verhaltens- und Business-Impact im Netzwerk.
  • Stakeholder-Transformation: Du arbeitest eng mit den Regionaldirektoren zusammen, analysierst kontinuierlich den Bedarf und stellst den Praxistransfer im Klinikalltag sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Steuerung von Weiterbildungsprogrammen, in der Führungskräfteentwicklung oder im akademischen Bildungsmanagement
  • Starke didaktische Kompetenz und Begeisterung für agile Lernmethoden, Micro-Learning, Scripting/Storyboarding und modernes Content-Marketing
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und souveränes Stakeholder-Management im Umgang mit Führungskräften und externen Partnern
  • Überzeugungskraft, um Organisation und Management für die Möglichkeiten von L&D-Programmen zu gewinnen
  • Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis (P&L-Literacy) und ein Data-Mindset, mit dem du Bildungsangebote messbar an Geschäftszielen und Kennzahlen ausrichtest
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ein hohes Verständnis für die dynamischen Herausforderungen in Tierarztpraxen
