Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Neukundengewinnung über alle relevanten Kanäle – von Google Ads und Social Paid bis hin zu lokalen Marketingmaßnahmen, Verzeichnissen und weiteren Akquisekanälen – inklusive Budgetverantwortung und Steuerung des Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Ausbau der digitalen Sichtbarkeit von über 110 Tierarztpraxen durch Google My Business, lokale SEO, Yext und professionelles Bewertungsmanagement.
  • Entwicklung datengetriebener CRM-Kampagnen gemeinsam mit dem CRM-Team, um Neukunden langfristig zu binden – inklusive Empfehlungsmarketing und Kunden-werben-Kunden-Programmen.
  • Analyse und Steuerung des Patientenstamms anhand von Kohorten, Tierarten, Altersstrukturen und Herkunftskanälen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Kundenentwicklung.
  • Identifikation und Aufbau neuer, skalierbarer Neukundenquellen durch Kooperationen mit Versicherungen, Plattformen und Technologiepartnern.
  • Entwicklung eines kanalübergreifenden Attributionsmodells (online, Telefon und offline), Analyse der Praxis-Performance und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für das Regionalmanagement.
  • Planung und Umsetzung strukturierter Launch-Konzepte, damit neue oder erweiterte Praxen schnell erfolgreich ausgelastet sind.
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines internen Teams sowie eines Freelancer-Pools mit klaren Briefings, Coaching und ergebnisorientierter Zusammenarbeit.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise in einer Multi-Site-Organisation.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Google Ads, CRM-Systemen, E-Mail-Automatisierung sowie lokalem SEO, Google My Business und Verzeichnismanagement.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen wie CAC, CLTV und Attribution sowie datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Agenturen und Freelancern.
  • Ausgeprägtes Performance-Mindset mit Fokus auf messbare Ergebnisse und Priorisierung nach Wirkung.
  • Verständnis für operative Praxisabläufe sowie die Fähigkeit, mit Regionalmanagement und Geschäftsführung auf Augenhöhe zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Führungskompetenz mit Coaching-Mentalität und klarer Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Pragmatische Arbeitsweise nach dem Prinzip „Wirkung vor Perfektion“.
  • Kommunikationsstärke über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
