Einleitung

Als Mitbearbeiter:in Vertragsmanagement Systeme (w/m/d) mit rechtlichem Fokus unterstützt du unser zentrales Team bei organisatorischen, kommunikativen und administrativen Aufgaben – mit einem besonderen Blick auf rechtliche und prozessuale Zusammenhänge. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleister:innen und unseren Tierarztpraxen und sorgst durch deine strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Vertragswesen & rechtliches Grundverständnis Wenn dir Begriffe wie „Plausibilitätsprüfung“, „Vertragspflege“ oder „Vergütungsregelung“ nicht fremd sind oder du Lust hast, dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten, bist du bei uns genau richtig.
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation & Koordination Du koordinierst Informationen und Aufgaben zwischen Freelancer:innen, externen Dienstleister:innen, Regionalmanager:innen, der Integrationsabteilung und weiteren internen Stakeholdern. In Ausnahmefällen bist du auch im Austausch mit juristischen Partner:innen wie z. B. Anwält:innen.
  • Bearbeitung & Prüfung von Dokumenten Du bearbeitest eingehende physische Post für unsere Holding-GmbHs, verteilst sie weiter und unterstützt bei der Abwicklung. Eingehende Rechnungen von externen Dienstleister:innen prüfst du hinsichtlich Kontoangaben, Beträgen und Plausibilität und gibst sie zur weiteren Bearbeitung frei.
  • Tools & Organisation Du bist sicher im Umgang mit einem Vertragsmanagement Tool zur Aufgabenkoordination und bist vertraut mit der Google Suite, um Informationen zu strukturieren, zu dokumentieren und mit dem Team zu teilen.

Dein Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in z.B einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r oder Assistenz der Kanzlei o.Ä.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in rechtlichen Fragestellungen (z. B. Scheinselbstständigkeit, Vertragsrecht, Datenschutz) sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Vertragsmanagement Tools sind erforderlich
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie Asana, Google Suite
  • Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl sowie hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
