Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Du unterstützt und begleitest die Praxen deiner Region bei ihrer wirtschaftlichen und medizinischen Weiterentwicklung und verantwortest das jeweilige Jahresergebnis.
  • Führung & Zusammenarbeit: Du führst die Praxisleitungen stärkst ihre Kompetenzen und förderst unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Planung & Steuerung: Du erstellst Budgets und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Praxen Strategien, um gesetzte Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Zukunft gestalten: Du erkennst frühzeitig Herausforderungen, entwickelst Lösungen und begleitest Veränderungsprozesse zusammen mit den Praxisleitungen.
  • Kundenzufriedenheit fördern: Du schaffst ein Umfeld in dem eine hohe Service- und Versorgungsqualität möglich ist und unterstützt die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Praxen.
  • Netzwerk stärken: Du verbindest Praxen miteinander, förderst Austausch und Wissenstransfer und baust regionale Strukturen aus.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Standorte mit – idealerweise im (tier-)medizinischen Umfeld oder dem Premium-Dienstleistungssektor.
  • Führungskompetenz: Du bist stark in der Führung, agierst auf Augenhöhe mit den Praxisleitungen und verstehst dich als Coach und Sparringspartner.
  • Wirtschaftliches Know-how: Kennzahlen und Budgets sind dein tägliches Werkzeug; du leitest daraus zielsicher konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du denkst analytisch, handelst unternehmerisch und überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke. Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Flexibilität: Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region ist für dich selbstverständlich um mit den Praxen Vor-Ort arbeiten zu können. Dein Drive und deine Lösungsorientierung runden dein Profil ab.
