Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser Data Warehouse auf Basis von BigQuery und dbt Cloud – von Architektur und Datenmodellen über Qualitätsstandards bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Stacks. Dabei refaktorierst und dokumentierst du den bestehenden Aufbau.
  • Du bindest neue Datenquellen wie Provet Cloud, Personio, Quinyx und Finance-Systeme an und entwickelst eine kanonische ID-Strategie, die als Grundlage für Data Warehouse, App und CRM dient.
  • Du entwickelst den technischen Semantic Layer (MetricFlow) auf Basis definierter Finance-KPIs und stellst sicher, dass alle Analysen und Reports auf einer konsistenten und verlässlichen Datengrundlage basieren.
  • Gemeinsam mit Finance, Marketing, App-Entwicklung und dem BI-Team schaffst du eine Plattform, die transparente Daten liefert und eigenständiges Arbeiten mit den bereitgestellten Daten ermöglicht.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit BigQuery oder einem vergleichbaren Cloud Data Warehouse sowie mit dbt (idealerweise dbt Cloud) inklusive Modellierung, Testing und Dokumentation.
  • Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis moderner Data-Warehouse-Architekturen (z. B. Star Schema, Faktentabellen, Snapshots und Metriken) sowie Erfahrung mit ELT-Pipelines und der Anbindung von SaaS-Systemen über REST APIs und OAuth mit.
  • Idealerweise besitzt du außerdem Programmierkenntnisse in Python und/oder PHP.
  • Du denkst langfristig und entwickelst skalierbare Architekturen statt kurzfristiger Lösungen. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für deine Themen, dokumentierst deine Arbeit sorgfältig und erklärst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich – sowohl gegenüber Finance und Marketing als auch gegenüber der Geschäftsführung.
