Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitungs- und Organisationsfunktion der Intensivstation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden Fachpersonal
  • Supervision, Weiterbildung und Anleitung der jüngerer Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie der Pflegeteams in der Intensivmedizin
  • Durchführung und Überwachung intensivmedizinischer Behandlungen und Notfallversorgung
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer medizinischer Standards und Behandlungskonzepte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen zur interdisziplinären Betreuung der Patienten
  • Teilnahme an Bereitschafts- und Rufdiensten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Veterinärmedizin und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Intensivmedizin einer Tierklinik
  • Ausgeprägte fachliche Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patienten und Tierhaltern
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Engagement für die Weiterentwicklung der Klinik und das Wohl der Patienten
